1. If this machine with laser module?

* Our main shipping method is via DHL/Fedex/UPS/aliexpress standard shipping, when you place order just select your countries name you will see the shipping cost total plus product price will be the order total.

* We only ship to confirmed order addresses, Your order address must match your Shipping address, if you need change address please leave a message in the order or contact to tell us before dispatch.

* DHL and normally delivery time about 5-10days, Fedex and UPS about 8-15days, delivery time is depend on each area, some countries leave far away from China it will take longer time. Aliexpress standard post about 10-30days, seller’shipping method shipping about 30-65days this is most for ship to RU/BLR/UA/KZ, this is just estimate time we cannot promise especially at the special condition, but will always check the best shipping method for you.

* ABOUT REMOTE ADDRESS:The product and shipping total is not included the remote address delivery charge, if your address is in the remote area and express company”DHL/Fedex/UPS” would ask to pay extra 38-45usd cost for the remote address delivery, we will help to check your address zip code and city name before dispatch then info you, we hope you can understand, if your address in remote you will pay the remote shipping to us and we arrange to send parcel.

* We are not responsible for any customs duty or import tax fee, but we will give you some good suggestions, customers can tell us to do as themselves request. if customs office charge any duty or other fees are the buyer’s responsibility, our posting price are not included tax but EXCEPT “EU COUNTRIES’.

* When your product shipping by courier and arrives in your local usually the courier will info you by phone/email/message, they may need your assistance in handling customs issues and paying customs duties, please assist the courier to complete the customs payment and sign for the parcel to avoid the parcel being returned or destroyed, thank you for your cooperation.

* For EU customers

1)Product price less 150eu: Aliexpress will charge VAT in your order together, we will put Aliexprss IOSS number ship your parcel and have no customs problem for such delivery. but If customs or courier still ask you to pay the customs duties even you show them the order payment proof, you can pay again and keep the proof then contact aliexpress customer service for refund the VAT, this is often happen in France.

2)Product price over 150eu: Aliexpress will not charge VAT, but you should give us your VAT number(personal/company are ok), if you have no VAT number, we can put our company VAT number ship the product but when parcel arrived your local you should pay the VAT to get  the parcel, if not, parcel will return or destroy by customs and these losses will be undertake by customers.

3)Product ship from EU warehouse to Personal buyer orders : when you place order just choose ship from CZ Republic Aliexpress will charge VAT in order together whatever less or over 150usd.

4)For CZ republic local business buyer orders :Aliexpress will not charge VAT for CZ local business buyer,so the business buyer should pay us 21% VAT separate because we need declare to the tax administration of CZ and pay the VAT.

* For Russian customers

1)We have RU warehouse in Moscow, pls mainly choose ship from RU, delivery time is faster.

2)If choose ship from China we mostly send by seller’shipping method and we will handle the customs problem this shipping without tax but shipping time about 25-65days, delivery time is depend on your city if in remote area will take longer time, the shipping time is not stable to RU/BLR/UA/KZ especially at special situation such as War and COVID-19. if the product support Aliexpress standard shipping we suggest you choose it because can be faster delivery.

* For other countries customers

Some of countries Aliexpress will charge consumption tax in the order when the price does not exceed its prescribed amount countries included US/AU/NOR/NZ, you will able to see the price you pay is higher than sale price, except these countries others will not charge tax on Aliexpress you will handle it and pay import duty by self when product arrived, each countries are charge different rate of duty, but i think mostly from 15-28% for our laser machine products.

* When you receive message relate customs issue pls assist handle quickly in 3days, if delay customs will return parcel or destroy or will charge high storage, these cost will be pay by customers, as a seller we just assist to handle customs issue.

* For Korea/Spain/Germany, Korea buyer need give us the P number “CCIC number”; Spain and Germany buyer order over 150eu ship from China local you need provide us the POA and VAT number before ship.

* if you have any issue for your product never mind how long is your order time just contact us on Aliexpress and tell the problem details better with pictures or videos, we will help you to solve the problem.
